Overview
The Westminster Colorado Police Department Communications division supervisory staff juggle many responsibilities, including incident reproduction requests. Prior to deploying NICE Inform Elite, they’d have to navigate different systems to process requests, a time consuming process. Now they can simply log onto Inform Elite and type in a case number. All recordings are instantly retrieved, and merged into a timeline, along with CAD event data showing when the call came in, and when units were dispatched and arrived on scene.
With Inform Elite the center has realized a 50 percent improvement in efficiency and time savings. Supervisors are able to use the time saved to engage with and better support their staff.
