The Ottawa County Central Dispatch Center uses NICE Inform to monitor new employees on the dispatch floor, perform quality assurance reviews, handle FOIA requests, and investigate complaints from citizens and user agencies. According to the dispatch supervisor, NICE Inform is easy to use and has saved the agency “a lot of time and money.”
