    Emergency communicators are a special breed of human being. They give of themselves every day to perfect strangers who are in crisis or in need of help. They are selfless, resilient, empathetic, and courageous. They never know what’s on the other end of a call, but they ALWAYS answer, and they are ALWAYS ready to help. 

    I am so proud to be part of this amazing group of people!
