California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS)
California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contracts are established with companies to sell information technology and other products and services to California state and local governmental agencies. All products and services offered in a CMAS agreement must already be on a Federal GSA schedule. However, CMAS establishes an independent California agreement for those same products and services at equal or lower prices.
California’s Software Licensing Program (CSLP)
California’s Software Licensing Program (CSLP) is administered by the Department of General Services, Procurement Division and offers extensive software discounts negotiated with major software publishers that are passed on to the State of California and Local Governmental Agencies, through the SLP contracts established with authorized participating re-sellers.
