The DC Office of Unified Communications (DC OUC) partners with various federal agencies to ensure the safety of millions of people who live, work in, and visit the District of Columbia. DC OUC relies on NICE to record all communications, including emergency calls, radio transmissions and text-to-911, and uses NICE quality assurance tools to ensure top-notch service for DC citizens. The center is able to take advantage of NICE’s many integrations to 911 telephony, radio, 911 text, and Computer Aided Dispatch systems to automatically evaluate calls that come in, play back all data elements synchronously, and derive powerful insights using dashboard analytics.
