NiCE Helps Howard County Get Ready for Next Generation 911

The Howard County Consolidated Communications Center has been a NiCE customer since the early 2000’s. NiCE has helped the center overcome the obstacles of moving to IP technology, and has well-positioned the agency for Next Generation 911.
