The Linn County (Oregon) Sheriff’s Communications Center uses NICE Inform to handle daily requests from district attorneys (related to for example domestic violence cases), FOIA requests from the public, even requests from fire agencies (who need to review calls and radio traffic related to major fires). But what the communications manager really likes best is how NICE Inform is so easy to use, and requires minimal training.
