Long-time NICE customer Red River Regional Dispatch Center is a consolidated dispatch center that provides services across state lines (North Dakota and Minnesota). The center relies on NICE for recording 911 and radio calls, 911 Quality Assurance, and to reproduce incident recordings for various requests (which they’re able to do very quickly and efficiently). As North Dakota is the sixth state in the U.S. to adopt text-to-911, the center also uses NICE Inform to capture 911 texts.
