9-1-1 telecommunicators are the unseen heroes of public safety, and they are the first responder. Telecommunicators are the vital link between a citizen in need and the responders who arrive on the scene to assist.

Without the dedication of these individuals serving their communities, the calls for help in the direst times of need would go unanswered. It is important to take time out to recognize our heroes under the headset and thank them for their critical work.
