TruthTalk: Finding the Truth in Your 911 Data, and Why It Matters

If you’ve been in emergency communications long enough, you’ve probably witnessed some incredible changes. In the early days of 911, even a decade ago, centers didn’t have the advantage of the technology and digital information that’s available to them today from CAD, next generation 911 systems, GIS, radio, radio, RapidSOS, recording, and so on. Today, there’s so much information that putting it into context isn’t always easy. But if your data could speak, what would it tell you?

A famous astronomer, Galileo Galilei, once said, “All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered.” But that’s just the point. Connecting data from different systems together, to find that ever-illusive truth, can be very hard.

In this short video interview, we explore how NICE is helping 911 centers do exactly that, and why it matters.
