Leicestershire Police Police Explains Operational Benefits of NICE Investigate

Digital Evidence Shared Through a Fully Digital, Trackable Process

Leicestershire Police and its 1,800 officers are responsible for providing a policing service to the people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The force covers an area of over 2,500 square kilometers and serves a population in excess of one million.

Prior to rolling out NICE Investigate, the force relied on manual processes to share digital evidence with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), its main justice partner for prosecuting criminal cases across England and Wales. Now, digital evidence can be shared through a fully digital, trackable process. Another benefit is NICE Investigate’s ability to automatically correlate and pull relevant evidence from different, connected systems into digital case files.

In this video, Leicestershire Police Project Manager Allan Graham explains the many operational benefits of NICE Investigate.
